Refund and Returns Policy

   At Padhumai, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied     with your purchase, we offer refunds under the terms outlined below. 

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

     Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

          • The item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with packaging intact.

          • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

          • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. 

2. Non-Refundable Items

      Refunds will not be provided for:

        • Customized or made-to-order products.

        • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or special discounts.

3. Refund Process

       To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

          1. Initiate the Request Email us at info@padhumaai.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Include: o Your order number o Reason for return o Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

          2. Return Approval Upon review and approval, we will share the return shipping address.

          3. Return the Item Send the product back in secure packaging. o Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the refund is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item.

          4. Inspection Once we receive the item, we will inspect it to verify eligibility. 

4. Refund Timeline

          • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

          • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

          • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

       If you receive a damaged or defective product:

          • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging.

          • Upon approval, you may choose between a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs. 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

       If you haven’t received your refund:

          1. Check your bank account or payment method for pending transactions.  

          2. Contact your bank or payment provider—processing times may vary.

7. Cancellations

          • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

          • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
