     We currently ship to all states and union territories within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

       • Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
       • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery Timeline

       • Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
       • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
       • Shipping timelines do not include weekends or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

       • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

       • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number will be sent.
       • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website or mobile app.

6. Failed Deliveries

       If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient:

       • We will attempt redelivery, as permitted by the courier.
       • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

       We take utmost care in packing your orders securely. However, if your package is damaged or lost:

       • Damaged Packages: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package, including photos of the damaged product and packaging.
       • Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@padhumaai.com. We will coordinate with the courier service for a resolution.
